比利·乔尔（英语：英语：Billy Joel），全名威廉·马丁·比利·乔尔（英语：William Martin “Billy” Joel，1949年5月9日—） 是一位美国歌手、钢琴演奏家，唱作人。

因同名专辑及歌曲在其生涯中颇具代表性，所以比利通常被昵称为“钢琴师”，自1970年代以来，他以独奏艺术家的身份在商业上取得了成功，从1971年至1993年发行了12张流行专辑以及在2001年发行了一张古典专辑，他的唱片销量排名全球第六名、美国第三名。全球唱片销量累计超过一亿张。他1985年发行的《精选辑 Vol. I & II》，是美国销量最好的唱片之一。他的歌曲于七十至九十年代都进入过排行榜前十名，六次获得格莱美奖。
